The Digital Doula is a growth and operations agency founded by Anabelle Elya. We work behind the scenes for coaches, consultants, course creators and service businesses doing $5K to $250K a month. We map how their whole business works, from the first time someone finds them to the day they buy again, and then we fix what's breaking.

Anabelle started as a doula. When her own business fell apart because everything relied on her, she learned the hard way that a business can't run on one person. That's the heart of everything we do now.

A new 90-day program launching in November for founders who are making money but are still the person holding everything together. In 90 days, they get an entire operating ecosystem their team runs.

It's a $2K to $25K offer, with a few options so every founder lands in the one that fits where they are.

Not for: founders who don't have steady buyers yet. A hire won't fix that, and part of your job is kindly telling them so.

Every founder who reaches us should feel seen, supported and led to the outcome that truly serves them.

Mostly women in their late 20s to late 30s running profitable coaching, consulting, service or course businesses. They have buyers, but no time, because everything lives in their head. Many have bought programs that didn't stick, so they respond to someone who listens and doesn't push.

• Reply to every new conversation within 5 minutes while you're on shift
• Have short, real DM conversations, one question at a time
• Book qualified founders onto a closer's calendar and guide them to the right option
• Kindly redirect anyone who isn't a fit yet to our free content
• Follow up with anyone who stops replying, without pushing
• Keep every conversation updated in GoHighLevel
• Send a short daily update in Slack

• First 2 weeks: you explain both tiers in your own words, reply inside the window, and sound human.
• First 30 days: consistent booked calls with a strong show rate; closers say your calls are well qualified.
• 60–90 days: you're helping improve the scripts and spotting patterns in what founders say.

Launch: training in late October · enrollment opens Nov 2 · founding round closes Nov 25.

• You write like a person, not a script. Warm, short and curious.

Not for anyone who copy-pastes, pressures people, or wants a side gig they check once a week.

• 40 hours a week, on a flexible schedule we set together
• While you're on shift, you reply to every message within 5 minutes
• Pay: $2,000 a month base, plus 3% commission on every call you book that closes and 10% commission on anything you sell in the DMs
• Estimated earnings with commission: $5K to $8K a month
• Starts with a short paid trial, so you get to know us before either of us commits
• Start date: October 26, with training before November 2
• You'll work with our closers, report to Alexis, and Anabelle sets the voice. Strong setters can grow into senior setter, trainer or closer roles.
